1. Scope
These terms govern your use of mirthtale.com (the "Website"), operated by MirthTale, Berlin, Germany. By using the Website you accept these terms. Terms for purchasing a MirthTale device will be provided separately before any sale.
2. The reserve list
Joining the reserve list is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is not an order, a pre-order, or a promise of delivery, price, or date. We will contact you when devices are available; you may leave the list at any time by emailing hello@mirthtale.com.
3. Content
Text, illustrations, graphics, and the MirthTale name and logo on this Website belong to MirthTale or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
4. Product descriptions
MirthTale is in development. Descriptions, Story Packs, age ranges, and features on this Website describe our current design and may change before shipping. Research summaries are our reading of published work and are not medical, educational, or professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or abusive content through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape the Website beyond what robots.txt permits.
6. Liability
The Website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MirthTale is not liable for damages arising from use of the Website, except for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or under mandatory statutory provisions, including the German Product Liability Act.
7. Links
We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not intend to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
